Biography
Madison found her way to British Columbia from Ontario ten years ago, and never looked back. She practices primarily in family law, including separation and divorce, parenting arrangements and child support, property and debt division, and spousal support.
Madison’s flexible and empathetic approach helps clients move forward when their family lives are in periods of change. She is always looking for ways to help her clients move closer to their goals, whether through the court system, or by negotiating solutions outside the courtroom.
Madison was called to the BC Bar in April 2026. During law school at the University of Victoria, Madison worked at a disability rights organization, a mid-size litigation firm, and a tenancy law clinic. She also volunteered at a human rights clinic and spent a semester at The Law Centre, a free legal service operated by the University of Victoria. After graduating in 2024, Madison completed a prestigious clerkship with the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where she spent a year assisting six Justices with their written decisions.
Before law, Madison worked in public health research for nearly four years, with a focus on youth health and housing advocacy. She is the author of several published articles about youth health in BC.
Outside of work, Madison enjoys crafting, reading, and going to the movies (usually with a wide variety of snacks in tow). She is a proud auntie, sister, and daughter.
