Brendan maintains a diverse practice involving both litigation and solicitor work. Brendan practices in various levels of court, including the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Supreme Court of British Columbia, and the Federal Court of Canada.In his litigation practice, Brendan has experience in a diversity of matters including complex arbitrations involving share purchase agreements, employment disputes, breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, and debtor and creditor remedies.

Brendan is also developing a small practice in family law. On the solicitor side, Brendan has drafted Impact Benefit Agreements between resource development companies and First Nations, as well as Share Purchase Agreements, contracts, leases, policies, by-laws and has conducted conveyancings.Brendan split his articles between firms specializing in civil litigation and Aboriginal law.

Outside of the office, he enjoys walking his dog (Islay) along Dallas Road or local Victoria trails, playing tennis and basketball, and exploring the outdoors through hiking adventures.
