Michael R. Mark Talks Inheritance Disputes on CTV News

Michael R. Mark, partner at McConnan Bion O’Connor and Peterson, was featured in a CTV News report which aired March 24, 2017 on fraud, inheritances, and family financial disputes.

Michael noted that disputes regarding inheritances are on the rise. In order to avoid disputes, he recommends that people planning their estate consult a lawyer, so they can ensure that their estate planning documents are carefully drafted to help avoid conflicts and meet their wishes.
