Stephanie has been with McConnan Bion O’Connor & Peterson since completion of her articles and became a principal of the firm in January 2006. Stephanie’s practice is focused on Wills and estastes, real estate, advising small businesses on Vancouver Island and employment law.  Stephanie has litigation experience in commercial, employment, foreclosure and estate matters and strives to achieve the best results for  her clients to reflect their unique circumstances.

Prior to her legal career, Stephanie attended the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston and served in the Canadian Forces for approximately nine years. During that time she traveled extensively and served as a peacekeeper with the United Nations in Rwanda.

Stephanie is currently an active member of the Wills & Trusts, Commercial and Real Estate and Employment Law Sections of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch.  As part of her commitment to the practice of law, Stephanie is frequently asked to give presentations to various business groups on Vancouver Island.
