Stephanie has been with McConnan Bion O’Connor & Peterson since completion of her articles and became a principal of the firm in January 2006. Stephanie’s practice is focused on small business, employment, immigration and family law.

Prior to her legal career, Stephanie attended the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston and served in the Canadian Forces for approximately nine years. During that time she traveled extensively and served as a peacekeeper with the United Nations in Rwanda. Stephanie is currently the Vice Chair of the Women Rainmakers Section of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch as well as a member of the Employment Law Section.
