Graham was born and raised in Cobourg, Ontario, and achieved a Bachelor of Science at Queen’s University inKingston before moving to Victoria to attend law school at the University of Victoria. Following the completion of his articles with a Victoria firm specializing in municipal law, Graham joined McConnan Bion O’Connor and Peterson in January 2007, where he continues to build a practice focused on litigation for the Federal Crown.

Graham is fluent in both written and verbal French, and has spent time living in both Scotland and Australia as an exchange student.

Graham is currently a member of the Law Society of B.C. and the Victoria Bar Association.
